    If anything is really different these days, it is the prices for houses and flats. I\’m sure you know very well that prices for something like that are nowhere near what they used to be. In the past, you could buy a nice house or a nice apartment that didn\’t need renovation for up to two million crowns. Nowadays, you can buy something like that for many times the price. Even an apartment or house that has not been renovated now costs far more than just CZK 2 million, if we are talking about housing in the Czech Republic. You would not expect to see the price of something like that.

    The worst part of all this is that prices will continue to rise. It is therefore quite possible that if one does not buy either an apartment or a house now, it may happen that one will never be able to afford something like that again. Many people nowadays are holding their heads that they did not go into buying either a house or an apartment earlier, because it is really priced somewhere else nowadays than it used to be. No one can be surprised that many people today regret making a mistake with their purchase. If you want to own something of your own, be it a house or an apartment, you would have made a good decision if you would have gotten something like this as soon as possible and that is because you really will be worse off.

    It is understandable that you may not want to buy a house or an apartment and that is because of the prices for something like that, but believe me, it is quite possible that next year the prices will be a little higher again. If there\’s one thing you may encounter, it\’s that it will be possible to come to an agreement with the seller in some way, and so you\’ll end up paying a penny less for a particular apartment or house, but it doesn\’t always work out. It would be a really good idea to think about it, because that is the only way you can get something that will be yours. Rising prices for houses and flats can cause no one to be able to afford anything in the future, and houses or flats that are for sale will stay for sale forever unless the price drops. There are things to be aware of, because it really could be much worse than it is now.
